This charming bistro - bar & restaurant on the lawns of Acron Arcade is becoming increasingly popular among tourists in the Candolim - Sinquerim beach belt for its freshly brewed coffee, seafood and steaks and live retro music and dance performances.

Cinnabar is a 100 seat cafe and full service restaurant. It has seating in 3 areas. There are 12 seats in the 600 sq. ft. cafe and bar area. A further 40 seats are laid just outside the cafe under a 1200 sq. ft. all weather awning. Customers who like the open can choose from 48 seats al fresco spread over 1800 sq. ft. of gardens in front of Cinnabar. Comfortable cane chairs with cushions draped in the cinnabar colours overlook the road.

Cinnabar brings to mind a typical street side Parisian cafe ! About 20 seats are reserved for smokers.

Cinnabar serves a range of coffee's made by trained baristas on Italian coffee machines. The coffee is sourced from the Coorg area of South India which is known for some of the best coffee beans in this part of the world. Cinnabar also offers wines, spirits, beer and a range of snacks, pastries, hors d'ouevre, Continental meals, ice cream, desserts, etc.
